Reiki is a form of energetic healing originating in Japan. As an attuned practitioner, I have offered reiki in my holistic healing clinic for over 23 years. For your reiki session, you will lie comfortably on a massage table, with gentle supports for the contours of your body. All you need to do is set an intention, close your eyes and breathe. I use a very light touch over the energy centers of your body, as I channel reiki energy to help open your chakras. If you prefer, I can hover my hands over your body. Energy doesn’t require contact to travel. I may place a crystal(s) on an energy center, or centers, that needs a little extra attention. While you lie face up, I’ll work from head to toe and back again. You’ll then turn over to lay face down and I will move through the same sequence on your back.
